CHEMICAL INJECTION CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND CHEMICAL INJECTION DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical injection device having a valve mechanism which can exhibit a function serving as a chemical injection valve over a long period without interfering with an inner wall surface of a borehole, and a chemical injection construction method using the chemical injection device.SOLUTION: Regarding the present invention, a borehole H is drilled and a chemical injection device (10) is disposed (inserted) in the borehole H, the chemical injection device having a groove (1A) formed extending in a circumferential direction on an outer peripheral surface (1D) of an outer pipe (1), the groove (1A) having an injection port (1B) formed thereon at an equal interval in the circumferential direction, the groove (1A) also having two annular elastic members (1C: an O-ring for example) fitted therein. When injecting a chemical, the chemical injection step involves deformation of the annular elastic member (1C) and formation of a flow channel (S) for discharging the chemical outward in a radial direction (injecting into a ground), when the chemical is discharged (injected) from the injection port (1B) of the chemical injection device (10).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】ボーリング孔内壁面に干渉せず、長期間に亘って薬液注入用の弁としての機能を発揮することが出来る弁機構を有する薬液注入装置と、その様な薬液注入装置を用いた薬液注入工法を提供。【解決手段】本発明では、ボーリング孔Hを削孔し、外管(1)の外周面(1D)には円周方向へ延在する溝(1A)が形成され、当該溝(1A)には円周方向等間隔に注入口(1B)が形成され、前記溝(1A)には円環状弾性部材(1C:例えばOリング)が2本嵌合している薬液注入装置(10)を、前記ボーリング孔(H)内に配置(挿入)し、薬液を注入に際しては、当該注入工程は、前記薬液注入装置(10)の注入口(1B)から注入薬液が吐出(注入)される際に、前記円環状弾性部材(1C)が変形して薬液を半径方向外方に吐出する(地盤中に注入する)流路(S)が形成される。【選択図】図5
