PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for joining a precast concrete member for readily joining a precast member, and a guide member.SOLUTION: A method for joining a precast concrete member is for joining a side wall part (a precast concrete member) 3 with a bottom slab part (a concrete member) 2, and includes: a first guide member fixing step for fixing a guide member 6A that protrudes toward the bottom slab part 2 side to a side surface 3a of the side wall part 3; a guide member contacting step for lifting the side wall part 3 to a position opposite the bottom slab part 2, and bringing the guide member 6A in contact with a side surface 22a of a wall part 22 of the bottom slab part 2; and a precast concrete member lowering step for lowering the side wall part 3 onto the bottom slab part 2 while the guide member 6A is in contact with the side surface of the bottom slab part 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
