CONCRETE PILE WITH OUTER SHELL STEEL PIPE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete pile with an outer shell steel pipe having improved bending strength and toughness compared to conventional products.SOLUTION: A concrete pile with an outer shell steel pipe includes an outer shell steel pipe, and a hollow cylindrical pile body disposed inside the outer shell steel pipe by being adhered on an inner peripheral surface of the outer shell steel pipe, and including concrete at least partially. Assuming that an outer diameter of the outer shell steel pipe to be D, a thickness of the pile body to be tc, thickness of the outer shell steel pipe to be ts, a total of the thicknesses of the pile body and the outer shell steel pipe to be T(=tc+ts), and a diameter-thickness ratio to be T/D, a relationship indicated by the following inequation is met: 0.24≤T/D<0.5. Furthermore, the pile body is made of one cylindrical part, and the thickness tc of the pile body is a thickness that includes an overall peeled surface of a fragment in the cylindrical part, the fragment having an apex angle of 60 degrees and being formed in a cross-section of the cylindrical part orthogonal to a longitudinal direction, when bending moment is exerted on the outer shell steel pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】曲げ耐力及び靭性が従来よりも改善された外殻鋼管付きコンクリート杭を提供する。【解決手段】外殻鋼管付きコンクリート杭は、外殻鋼管と、外殻鋼管の内周面に付着した状態で外殻鋼管内に配置され、コンクリートを少なくとも一部に含む中空で円筒形状の杭体と、を備え、外殻鋼管の外径をDとし、杭体の厚さをtcとし、外殻鋼管の厚さをtsとし、杭体及び外殻鋼管の厚さの合計をT(=tc+ts)とし、径厚比をT/Dとしたとき、次式:0.24≦T/D<0.5で示される関係を満たし、且つ、杭体は1つの円筒部からなり、杭体の厚さtcは、外殻鋼管に曲げモーメントが作用した際に長手方向に直交する円筒部の断面内において60度の頂角を有して生じる破片の剥離面全体が円筒部内に含まれる厚さである。【選択図】 図1
