STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR FIXING ANCHOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide anchor fixing structure and the like that enable an anchor to be fixed readily at a high accuracy, even at a location congested with reinforcing bars.SOLUTION: A frame 1 is fixed on reinforcing bars 27, 29 using an angle bar 9 and other fixing jigs, and a template 11 is installed above the frame 1 and fixed to the frame 1 using a bolt 23. Then, an anchor bolt is fitted on the template 11. The frame 1 is fixed on the reinforcing bars 27, 29 by vertically sandwiching the reinforcing bar 27 or the reinforcing bar 29 between a plate material 3 of the frame 1 and the angle bar 9, inserting a bolt 7 into a hole of the plate material 3 and the angle bar 9 and screwing a nut 8 into a tip of the bolt. Bolts 17, 23 provided on the template 11 may be used for positional adjustment of the template 11 in vertical and horizontal directions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】配筋が密集した箇所においても容易且つ高精度にアンカーを固定できるアンカー固定構造等を提供する。【解決手段】架台１をアングル材９等の固定治具を用いて鉄筋２７、２９に固定し、テンプレート１１を架台１の上方に設置し、ボルト２３を用いて架台１に固定する。そして、テンプレート１１にアンカーボルトを取付ける。架台１は、架台１の板材３とアングル材９とで鉄筋２７または鉄筋２９を上下に挟み、板材３とアングル材９の孔にボルト７を通してその先端にナット８を締め込むことで鉄筋２７、２９に固定される。テンプレート１１に設けられたボルト１７、２３を用いることで、テンプレート１１の鉛直方向および水平方向の位置調整を行うことが可能である。【選択図】図３
