SAFETY DEVICE AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety device and safety management method for a construction machine, capable of effectively preventing contact between the construction machine and a worker and the like, even though having a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A safety management device 1 and safety management method for a construction machine 30 using a detection system 20 for detecting the existence of a human H in the vicinity of the construction machine using an approach sensor 21 includes a hydraulic lock lever 31 with which the construction machine 30 is equipped and a drive unit 3 for performing drive on the basis of a detection signal of the approach sensor 21, the hydraulic lock lever being connected with the drive unit using a connection member 2. When the approach sensor 21 detects a human H, the drive unit 3 is driven to forcibly move the hydraulic lock lever 31 to a lock position L at which hydraulic drive operation of the construction machine 30 is made to stop.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】簡素な構成でありながら、建設機械と作業員などとの接触を効果的に防止することができる建設機械の安全装置および安全管理方法を提供する。【解決手段】建設機械30の近傍での人Hの有無を接近センサ21により検知する検知システム20を利用した建設機械の安全管理装置1および安全管理方法であって、建設機械30に装備されている油圧ロックレバー31と、接近センサ21の検知信号に基づいて駆動する駆動部3とを連結部材2により連結する。そして、接近センサ21が人Hを検知した際には駆動部3を駆動させて、油圧ロックレバー31を建設機械30の油圧駆動動作を停止させるロック位置Lに強制的に移動させる。【選択図】図2
