CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF MONOLITHIC REFRACTORY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a monolithic refractory having a complex shape of a frame mold, capable of suppressing crack generation during curing and securing strength at high temperature in the case of blended article less in content of a CaO component derived from cement.SOLUTION: There is provided a construction method of a monolithic refractory including flowing a mixed article by mixing a blended article containing a refractory raw material and ultrafine powder particles with particle diameter of less than 5 μm and water into a frame mold, irradiating a micro wave to the flown mixed article and curing the mixed article to aggregate the ultrafine powder particle with the particle diameter of less than 5 μm during curing and curing the monolithic refractory, heat conductivity of the frame mold is 1.0 W/m K or less, preferably 0.1 W/m K or less and content of the CaO component derived from cement in the blended article is 2 mass% or less, preferably 0.7 mass% or less (including 0).SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】型枠が複雑形状であって、かつ、セメント由来のCaO成分の含有量が少ない配合物の場合において、養生時の亀裂発生を抑制し、かつ、高温時の強度を確保することができる不定形耐火物の施工方法の提供。【解決手段】耐火原料及び粒径5μm未満の超微粉粒子を含む配合物と水とを混練した混練物を型枠に流し込み、流し込んだ混練物にマイクロ波を照射して混練物を養生し、この養生中に前記粒径5μm未満の超微粉粒子が凝集することで固める不定形耐火物の施工方法において、前記型枠の熱伝導率を1.0W/m・K以下、好ましくは、0.1W/m・K以下とし、前記配合物中のセメント由来のCaO成分の含有量を2質量%以下、好ましくは0.7質量以下(0を含む)とする不定形耐火物の施行方法。【選択図】なし
