ROAD PAVEMENT RESTORATION METHOD AND REHEATED ASPHALT MIXTURE FOR USE IN THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve construction accuracy and quality when an asphalt mixture packed in a container and stored at normal temperature is used by being reheated.SOLUTION: A road pavement restoration method includes the steps of: forming a roadbed by charging a backfilling material into an excavated hole formed by excavating a pavement surface; reheating an asphalt mixture, which is packed in a container and stored at normal temperature, at 90-110°C; and placing and spreading the reheated asphalt mixture, which is taken out from the container, on a base course formed on the roadbed. In the reheated asphalt mixture, a coefficient of kinematic viscosity at 90-110°C is in the range of 1700-3800 cSt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】容器詰めされ常温保管したアスファルト混合物を再加熱して使用するに際して、施工精度や品質を高める。【解決手段】道路舗装復旧工法は、舗装面を開削した掘削孔内に埋め戻し資材を投入して路床を形成する工程と、容器詰めされ常温保管されたアスファルト混合物を90〜110℃で再加熱する工程と、前記容器から取り出した再加熱アスファルト混合物を、前記路床上に形成した路盤上に敷き均す工程とを有し、前記再加熱アスファルト混合物は、90〜110℃での動粘度が1700〜3800cStである。【選択図】図1
