PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel structure building capable of preventing a column-beam connection part from breaking in an earthquake by a simple structure.SOLUTION: At least either a beam steel material 10 or a column steel material 20 comprises: a high strength part 4A with a highly strengthened region 4C that is strengthened by hardening, whose end is connected to a column-beam connection part 30; and non-high strength part 4B, which is integrally formed on the high strength part 4A and is not hardened. A boundary part between the high strength part 4A and the non-high strength part 4B is formed into a yield hinge H away from the end of the column-beam connection part 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】地震時等において柱梁接合部の破損を簡易な構造で防止することができる鉄骨造建物を提供すること。【解決手段】梁用鉄骨材10と柱用鉄骨材20との少なくとも一方は、焼入れによって高い強度にした高強度化領域4Cを有し柱梁接合部30に端部が接合される高強度部分4Aと、高強度部分4Aに一体に形成され焼入れがされてない非高強度部分4Bとをそれぞれ備え、高強度部分4Aと非高強度部分4Bとの境界部分を、降伏ヒンジHとし、かつ、柱梁接合部30の端部から離れて形成した。【選択図】図2
