PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stairway damping metal fitting capable of suppressing the rolling of the stairway which occurs when a person climbs up and down the stairway.SOLUTION: A stairway damping metal fitting 20 (first damping metal fitting 21) consists of a first junction 21a to be fixed to a web 11a which is a side surface of a force beam 11, a second junction 21b to be fixed to a stud 4a of a lower floor building unit 4 present on the side of a stairway 10, and a band plate 21c connecting the first junction 21a and the second junction 21b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5A
