PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure for a metallic vertical roofing material that can suppress vertical roofing materials on a ridge side, among vertical roofing materials connected overlapping with each other in a ridge direction, from having eaves-side ends lifted by a strong wind.SOLUTION: A connection structure for a metallic vertical roofing material comprises a metallic eaves-side vertical roofing material 2a and a metallic ridge-side vertical roofing material 2b connected to a ridge-side end part of the eaves-side vertical roofing material 2a while overlaid thereupon from above. At the ridge-side end part of the eaves-side vertical roofing material 2a, a folded-back part 411 is provided which is folded back above to an eaves side. At an eaves-side end part of the ridge-side vertical roofing material 2b, an engagement part 51 is provided which is folded back below to a ridge side to engage with the folded-back part 411.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
