WALE MEMBER JOINING METHOD AND SLIDE JIG FOR SPLICE PLATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out work to fix a splice plate to a joint part without the splice plate protruding from a joint end of a wale member in a state prior to abutting, and without using crane equipment and the like.SOLUTION: A slide jig 70, in which an upper guide groove engaging with an upper edge of a splice plate 40 and a lower guide groove engaging with a lower edge of the splice plate 40 are formed, is attached to a flange 20a of a joint direction end of a wale member (H-section steel) 20. Then, the splice plate 40 is slidably installed to the flange 20a by the slide jig 70, each ends of a first wale member 20-1 and a second wale member 20-2, to which the splice plate 40 has been installed, are made to abut on one another to dispose them on a wale bracket 30, the splice plate 40 is slid to the second wale member 20-2 side, and the splice plate 40 is fixed in a position that extends over the flange 20a of the first wale member 20-1 and a flange 20a of the second wale member 20-2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】突き合わせ前の状態で腹起材の接合端部から添接板が突出せず、しかもクレーン機材などを用いずに添接板を継手部に固定する作業を行えるようにする。【解決手段】腹起材(H形鋼)20の接合方向端部のフランジ20aに、添接板40の上縁に係合する上側ガイド溝と添接板40の下縁に係合する下側ガイド溝とを形成するスライド治具70を取り付ける。そして、スライド治具70によって添接板40をフランジ20aにスライド可能に装着し、添接板40を装着した第1腹起材20−1と第2腹起材20−2とを端部同士を突き合わせて腹起ブラケット30上に配置し、添接板40を第2腹起材20−2側にスライドさせ、添接板40を第1腹起材20−1のフランジ20aと第2腹起材20−2のフランジ20aとに跨る位置に固定する。【選択図】図5
