SOUND INSULATION FLOOR AND CEILING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulation floor and ceiling structure capable of improving cutoff performance of a floor impact sound while suppressing a weight increase.SOLUTION: A sound insulation floor and ceiling structure 40 has: a steel beam 11; a floor structure 10 supported by the steel beam 11; and a ceiling structure 100 which has a dynamic damper 103 for reducing impact sounds and is supported by the steel beam 11. The floor structure 10 has: a concreted floor slab 12; a plurality of elastically deformable floor cushioning materials 14 which are arranged on the floor slab 12; a plurality of floor support materials 15 supported by the floor cushioning materials 14; a floor substrate material 16 supported by the floor support materials 15; a shaft portion 17a which is inserted through a hole 12a of the floor slab 12, a first through hole 14a of the floor cushioning material 14 and a second through hole 15a of the floor support material 15; and a fixing pin 17 which has a head portion 17b supported by the floor support material 15 so as not to fall off downward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】重量増加を抑制しながら、床衝撃音の遮断性能を向上できる遮音床・天井構造を提供すること。【解決手段】遮音床・天井構造40は、鉄骨梁11と、上記鉄骨梁11に支持される床構造10と、衝撃音低減用のダイナミックダンパー103を有し且つ上記鉄骨梁11に支持される天井構造100と、を有する。上記床構造10は、コンクリート製の床スラブ12と、床スラブ12上に配置された複数の弾性変形可能な床緩衝材14と、上記床緩衝材14に支持された複数の床支持材15と、上記床支持材15に支持された床下地材16と、上記床スラブ12の孔12a、上記床緩衝材14の第1貫通孔14a、及び上記床支持材15の第2貫通孔15aに挿通された軸部17a、並びに下方に脱落しないように上記床支持材15に支持された頭部17bを有する固定ピン17と、を備えている。【選択図】図1
