PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light control film, a light control system, and a driving method of a light control film which reduce consumption power.SOLUTION: A light control film 1 includes: first electrodes 16A, 11B, and 16C provided on one surface side of a liquid crystal layer; and switches 20AB, 20BC, and 21AB, and 21BC for switching between a connection state for making a second electrode 11A, 16B, and 11C, and first electrodes 16A, 11B, and 16C, and second electrodes 11A, 16B, 11C electrically conductive and a non-connection state. When a connection is made between the electrodes, since accumulated loads move each other between the electrodes, there is no need to supply a current necessary for the discharge of the loads, and the power supplied from a power source can be reduced. Moreover, when a voltage in which positive and negative electrodes are opposite to each other is applied by switching a polarity of the voltage, the power source needs not supply the current necessary for the discharge of the load, and this shortens the time required for power supply.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】消費電力を低減した、調光フィルム、調光システム、及び調光フィルムの駆動方法を提供する。【解決手段】調光フィルム１は、液晶層の一方の面側に設けられる第１電極１６Ａ、１１Ｂ、１６Ｃと、対向配置される第２電極１１Ａ、１６Ｂ、１１Ｃと、第１電極１６Ａ、１１Ｂ、１６Ｃと第２電極１１Ａ、１６Ｂ、１１Ｃとを電気的に導通させる接続状態と、遮断する非接続状態とを切り替えるスイッチ２０ＡＢ、２０ＢＣ、２１ＡＢ、２１ＢＣと、を備える。電極間を接続すると、蓄積されている電荷が電極間で相互に移動するので、極性を切り替えて電極に対して正負が逆の電圧を印加する際に、電荷の放電に要する電流を供給しなくてもよく、電源部から供給される電力量を低減することができる。また、電圧の極性を切り替えて電極に対して正負が逆の電圧を印加する際に、電源部は電荷の放電に要する電流を供給しなくてもよいので、電力供給の時間が短縮される。【選択図】図２
