PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notification device, a monitoring system and a notification method capable of appropriately coping with abnormality when the abnormality occurs in a pump facility.SOLUTION: A notification device 20 is installed in a manhole pump facility M1 including a manhole 12 storing water flowing in from an inflow pipe 11, and pumps 14, 15 controlled on the basis of the level of water stored in the manhole 12 to feed the water to an outflow pipe 13, and notifies a monitoring device 30 of abnormality information about abnormality that occurs in the manhole pump facility M1. The notification device includes an abnormality determination part 23 for determining the existence/nonexistence of abnormality about the manhole pump facility M1, and a notification part 24 for notifying the monitoring device 30 of additional information about the pumps 14, 15 or a water level on determining the existence/nonexistence of abnormality together with abnormality information about the abnormality when the abnormality determination part 23 determines the abnormality.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
