PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical thermal storage medium for a chemical heat pump, stable for a long period, having high reactivity, capable of preventing deterioration of the chemical thermal storage medium even when being used at a high temperature; and to provide a production method.SOLUTION: In a chemical thermal storage medium for a chemical heat pump, mainly composed of calcium oxide, and containing calcium oxide and a sintering auxiliary of metal oxide, the content of calcium oxide is 92-97 wt%, the mass ratio between calcium oxide and the sintering auxiliary of metal oxide is 15-35, a specific surface area is 8-13 m/g, and a breaking load is 90 N or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高い反応性を有し、高温で使用した場合でも化学蓄熱材料の劣化を防止でき、長期に安定したケミカルヒートポンプ用化学蓄熱材料および製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】主成分が酸化カルシウムであるケミカルヒートポンプ用化学蓄熱材料であって、酸化カルシウムと金属酸化物の焼結助剤を含み、前記酸化カルシウムの含有率が92〜97wt%、前記酸化カルシウムと前記金属酸化物の焼結助剤との質量比が15〜35、比表面積が8〜13m2/g、破壊荷重が90N以上、である。【選択図】図1
