WATER OPERATION CONTROL SYSTEM, WATER OPERATION CONTROL METHOD AND WATER OPERATION CONTROL DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water operation control system which operates and controls each water operation plan system by quickly solving operation plan problems spanning over the plurality of water operation plan systems by using calculation resources of each water operation plan system.SOLUTION: A water operation control system includes: a solution determination part which determines, as a solution of an operation plan problem spanning over a plurality of water operation plan systems, an optimum solution obtained by performing processes (1) and (2) as a processing object from a water operation plan system having relatively small degree of leveling of power among the plurality of water operation plan systems, (1) a process of transmitting power time series information corresponding to the optimum solution solved in the water operation plan system of the processing object to a water operation plan system of the next processing object and (2) a process of receiving an optimum solution solved by adding the power time series information to an objective function from a water operation plan system of the next processing object; and an instruction part which instructs each of the plurality of water operation plan systems to operate a water facility by using the solution determined in the solution determination part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】複数の水運用計画システムにまたがる運用計画問題を各水運用計画システムがもつ計算資源を用いて高速に解いて各水運用計画システムを運用制御する水運用制御システム等を提供する。【解決手段】複数の水運用計画システムのうち電力の平準化の度合いが相対的に小さい水運用計画システムから処理対象として下記(1)および(2)の処理を行って得られた最適解を、複数の水運用計画システムにまたがる運用計画問題の解として決定する解決定部と、(1)処理対象の水運用計画システムで解かれた最適解に対応する電力時系列情報を次の処理対象の水運用計画システムに送信する、(2)電力時系列情報を目的関数に加えて解かれた最適解を次の処理対象の水運用計画システムから受信する、解決定部で決定された解を用いて水設備を運用するように複数の水運用計画システムの各々に対して指示する指示部とを設けるようにした。【選択図】図1
