METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING GEOPOLYMER MOLDED BODY AND MANUFACTURING SYSTEM OF GEOPOLYMER MOLDED BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing technique for a geopolymer molded body that can make a geopolymer molded body without slurrying geopolymer material.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing geopolymer molded body includes: the mixing step of mixing a first substance containing aluminum and silicon, a second substance containing any one of alkaline hydroxide and alkaline silicate, and preferably water having the weight of one-twentieth or less of materials other than fluid to obtain a mixture; and the compression step of compressing and molding the mixture to obtain a compressed mixture. In the method for manufacturing geopolymer molded body, the water has the weight of one-twentieth or less of materials other than fluid. The method for manufacturing geopolymer molded body preferably includes the curing step of adjusting temperature and humidity around the compressed mixture after compression step to promote polymerization.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ジオポリマー原料をスラリー化させることなくジオポリマー成型体を作成可能なジオポリマー成型体の製造技術の提供。【解決手段】アルミニウムおよびケイ素を含む第１の物質と、アルカリ性の水酸化物およびアルカリ性のケイ酸塩のうち少なくとも何れか一方を含む第２の物質と、好ましくは、液体以外の材料の重量の２０分の1以下の水とを混合し、混合物とする混合工程と、前記混合物を圧縮成型し圧縮混合物とする圧縮工程とを有するジオポリマー成型体製造方法。前記水は液体外の材料の重量の２０分の１以下の重量であるジオポリマー成形体製造方法。好ましくは圧縮工程後に、圧縮混合物の周囲の温度と湿度を調節して、ポリマー化を促進する養生工程を有することが好ましい、ジオポリマー成型体製造方法。【選択図】図１
