PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a building wall which is compatible to a sealing less construction method at external corners and internal corners of the building, with easy construction, having superior water blocking performance and appearance quality.SOLUTION: A joint element 1 for the building wall of this invention, which can be used for the exterior wall construction at the external corner 15a of the building 12 using siding boards 2, comprises a first male fitting part 5A to be arranged to enter at least in part into a first acceptance concave part 4A which is formed inside of the first masonry joint 3A, a second male fitting part 5B to be arranged to enter at least in part into a second acceptance concave part 4B which is formed inside of a second masonry joint 3B, a mounting seat plate 10A for the external corner in which a first alar plate 10a to be arranged to fit to a first side surface 20a of a substrate member 20 for a corner part and a second alar plate 10b to be arranged to fit a second surface 20b of the substrate member 20 for the corner part are connected in the state of a mountain crease. The first male fitting part 5A, the second male fitting part 5B and the mounting seat plate 10A for the external corner are constituted in one body member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】建物の出隅と入隅でのシーリングレス工法に対応でき、施工が容易で止水性と外観品質に優れた建物外壁を構築する。【解決手段】本発明の建物外壁の接合具1は、サイディングボード2を使用した建物12の出隅15aでの外壁工事に使用でき、第1目地3Aの内方に形成される第1受入れ凹部4Aに対して、少なくともその一部が入り込んだ状態で配置される第1嵌合凸部5Aと、第2目地3Bの内方に形成される第2受入れ凹部4Bに対して、少なくともその一部が入り込んだ状態で配置される第2嵌合凸部5Bと、コーナー部用下地材20の第1側面20aに沿うように配置される第1翼板10aと、コーナー部用下地材20の第2側面20bに沿うように配置される第2翼板10bと、が山折れ状態で連結されている出隅用取付け座板10Aと、を備え、第1嵌合凸部5Aと第2嵌合凸部5Bと出隅用取付け座板10Aは一体部材によって構成されている。【選択図】 図3
