PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide component that has high slidable characteristic and can maintain high slidable characteristic for a long term.SOLUTION: A slide component of this disclosure is provided with a fixing member and a movable member, which is abutted with the fixing member to slide. Any one member of the fixing member and the movable member consists of a first ceramic that has silicon carbide, as a main component, where a plurality of granular part made of graphite are dispersed and placed therein, and other member consists of a second ceramic that is porous and has aluminum oxide as a main component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
