PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake device in which moving speeds of plural cords can be made uniform.SOLUTION: A brake device applying brake force to plural cords comprises a pair of sandwiching members which sandwich the plural cords. The pair of sandwiching members is constructed so as to sandwich each cord under a condition that the plural cords are aligned in the direction almost perpendicular to the sandwiching direction of the pair of sandwiching members. The pair of sandwiching members is made movable between a first sandwiching position where the plural cords are sandwiched and a second sandwiching position where the gap of the pair of sandwiching members is narrower than that in the first sandwiching position. The gap of the pair of the sandwiching members changes corresponding to the position of the aligning direction of the plural cords in the first sandwiching position, and becomes almost identical regardless of the position of the aligning direction in the second sandwiching position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】複数本のコードの移動速度を均一化することが可能な制動装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明によれば、複数のコードに制動力を加える制動装置であって、前記制動装置は前記複数のコードを挟着する一対の挟着部材を備え、前記一対の挟着部材は、前記複数のコードを前記一対の挟着部材の挟着方向と略垂直な方向に整列させた状態で各コードを挟着するよう構成され、前記一対の挟着部材は、前記複数のコードを挟着する第１の挟着位置と、前記第１の挟着状態よりも前記一対の挟着部材の間隔が狭い第２の挟着位置との間で移動可能とされ、前記一対の挟着部材の間隔が、前記第１の挟着位置では前記複数のコードの整列方向の位置に応じて異なり、前記第２の挟着状態では前記整列方向の位置によらず略同一となるよう構成される、制動装置が提供される。【選択図】図１０
