PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide adequate drainage and water proof at a boundary formed by a solar power generator and a roofing positioned at an eaves side of the solar power generator.SOLUTION: A solar power generator 10 according to an aspect of the present disclosure provided with a plurality of solar cell modules 11 comprises: a first plate 21 placed along a roofing board 3 with no inclusion of a roofing 2 between the roofing board 3 and the first plate; a second plate 24 placed in such a state that a ridge side end overlaps the first plate 21 and is laid on the roofing 4; and a module 11C at the eaves side placed on the second plate 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
