PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction which is easy to install, renovate, and remove.SOLUTION: A construction 1 is provided with two containers 10, 20 arranged side by side with a space disposed between a first side surface of the container 10 and a first side surface of the container 20. The container 10, 20 are respectively fixed on an installation surface 200 and an outer cover 30 covers a space between ceiling surfaces and between side surfaces adjacent each other to the containers 10, 20. The container 10 is provided with plumbing facilities, and a pipe for at least the plumbing facilities that is opened on a second side surface opposite to the first side surface and at an opposite second side surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
