PILE HEAD PROCESSING CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile head processing construction method capable of precisely rupturing a pile extra filing horizontally by a dynamic crushing as well as preparing propellant in an easy and no time-consuming manner by adopting a post construction system to prepare propellant after exposing a pile head.SOLUTION: This pile head processing construction method includes: a process radially forming a plurality of holes 30 for propellant toward a sectional center P of a pile in a horizontal direction from a height position of an outer peripheral surface related to a pile top end 22 of a pile head 20 formed through concrete casting when a pile head processing on a cast-in-place concrete pile is performed; a process charging dynamic rupturing agent 31 in a plurality of holes for propellant; and a process rupturing an upper pile head located upward from the pile top end by igniting the dynamic rupturing agent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】装薬準備を杭頭部が表出してから行う後施工方式を採用し、時間を要さない簡易な方法により装薬準備を行い、しかも杭余盛部を動的破砕により的確に水平破断できる杭頭処理工法を提供する。【解決手段】この杭頭処理工法は、場所打ちコンクリート杭の杭頭処理を行う際に、コンクリート打設により形成された杭頭部20の杭天端22に関連する外周面高さ位置から水平方向に杭断面中心Pに向けて複数の装薬孔30を放射状に形成する工程と、装薬孔内に動的破砕剤31を装填する工程と、動的破砕剤に点火することで杭天端から上部の杭頭部分を破断する工程と、を含む。【選択図】図1
