FOUNDATION CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT FOR PILLARS AND FOUNDATION CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: the pillars foundation such as signal pole and the like conventionally consisted of a cylindrical body part for constructing pillars, a concrete, and a large number of resistance plates so as to grip soil in a wide range to enhance self-standing, but they were not easy to handle and had to be manufactured at a high cost.SOLUTION: Equally divided components are integrally engaged with an outer periphery of a foundation of the pillars and engaged with other equally divided components, so that the resistance plate is radially expanded and arranged. The equally divided component is a component made of a material hardly causing corrosion and can be constructed in a short time by injecting an anchor gel into a gap between a cylinder body and the pillars.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】信号柱等の柱類基礎は、従来から柱類を建て込む筒体部と自立性を高めるため広範囲に土を把持するようコンクリートや多数の抵抗板部とで構成されていたが取扱いが容易ではない上、高いコストで製造しなければならなかった。【解決手段】柱類の基礎部分の外周には、等分割構成体が一体に係合されており、他の等分割構成体と係合することにより抵抗板部が放射状に拡開配置され、前記等分割構成体は腐食の発生しにくい材質の構成体であり、筒体内と柱類との隙間にアンカーゲルを注入することにより短時間で施工完了出来る。【選択図】 図1
