OPTICAL ELEMENT, SOLAR SHADING DEVICE, FITTING, WINDOW MATERIAL, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OPTICAL ELEMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element which partially reflects incident light thereon to suppress the rise of an ambient temperature and is free from delamination to be excellent in durability, and to provide a solar shading device, a fitting, a window material, and a method for manufacturing the optical element.SOLUTION: An optical element includes a shaped layer 11, an optical functional layer 13, and an embedding resin layer 12. The shaped layer 11 has a structure 11a forming recessed portions 111. The optical function layer 13 is formed on the structure 11a, and reflects infrared rays thereon and transmits visible light therethrough. The embedding resin layer 12 has a structure layer 12a (first layer) which fills the recessed portions 111 and has a first volume, and a flat layer 12b (second layer) formed on the structure layer 12a with such a thickness as to have a second volume that is 15% or more of the first volume. The embedding resin layer 12 is formed of ultraviolet curable resin in which the structure 11a and the optical functional layer 13 are embedded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】入射光を部分的に反射させ周囲の温度上昇を抑制し、層間剥離のない耐久性に優れた光学素子、日射遮蔽装置、建具、窓材および光学素子の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の一実施形態に係る光学素子は、形状層11と、光学機能層13と、包埋樹脂層12とを具備する。形状層11は、凹部111を形成する構造体11aを有する。光学機能層13は、構造体11aの上に形成され、赤外線を反射し可視光を透過させる。包埋樹脂層12は、凹部111を充填し第1の体積を有する構造層12a(第1の層)と、上記第1の体積の15%以上である第2の体積を有する厚みで構造層12aの上に形成された平坦層12b(第2の層)とを含む。包埋樹脂層12は、上記構造体11a及び光学機能層13を包埋する紫外線硬化樹脂で形成される。【選択図】図5
