PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary handle mechanism and an anti-freezing tap post that can be easily assembled, that can maintain a fixed state appropriately so as not to loosen, and that can reduce the number of parts.SOLUTION: The rotary handle mechanism comprises: a fixed body member 11 fixed to an outer cylinder 10 and provided with a coaxial shaft hole 12; a rotary member 20 that is fitted in the shaft hole 12 and can turn around a shaft center; a handle base 30 disposed at an end of an outer cylinder 10 and having a tubular portion 31 surrounding a periphery of the rotary member 20; a handle 40 that rotates integrally with the rotary member 20; and a pressure claw member 50 comprising an intermediate tubular portion 51 having a stepped portion 52 for preventing the rotary member 20 from slipping out, an outer fitting inner claw portion 53 having an inner pawl 54 that fits from the outside into the circumferential groove 13 of the fixed body member 11, which is restricted from the outside by an inner side surface 32 of a cylindrical portion 31 of the handle base 30 so as to be prevented from being detached from the peripheral groove 13, and an inner fitting outer claw portion 55 having an outer claw fitted from the inside into the cylinder end 33 of the cylindrical portion 31 of the handle base 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
