PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing method and a reinforcing tool capable of achieving reinforcement and also suppressing deterioration in performance by a simple work.SOLUTION: The reinforcement method is a method for reinforcing a wooden building configured by joining a plurality of structural members, including a bridging step for bridging over a plate-like member made of a plastic composite material with respect to an opening of a frame of the wooden building formed by the surrounding plurality of structural members, and an adhering step for adhering both end parts of the plate-like member to the plurality of structural members forming the opening so that the plate-like member that is bridged over at the bridging step is fixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】簡単な作業で補強可能であると共に性能劣化を抑制可能な補強方法及び補強具を提供することである。【解決手段】この補強方法は、複数の構造部材を接合して構成された木造建築物の補強方法であって、プラスチック複合材料から成る板状部材を、前記複数の構造部材に囲まれて形成された前記木造建築物の骨組みの開口部に架け渡す架渡工程と、前記架渡工程によって架け渡された前記板状部材が定着するよう、前記板状部材の両端部を、前記開口部を形成する前記複数の構造部材に接着する接着工程と、を含む。【選択図】図４
