PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swivel joint assembly tool for a work machine capable of preventing damage on slide surfaces of an outer peripheral side member and inner peripheral side member, and facilitating attachment/detachment of the inner peripheral side member to/from the outer peripheral side member.SOLUTION: A swivel joint assembly tool for a work machine includes: a guide member 2 detachably attached to an outer cylinder 11, and extending in a direction where a shaft 13 is inserted/extracted, in a state of being attached to the outer cylinder 11; and an engagement member 4 detachably attached to the shaft 13, and movable along the guide member 2 in a state of being engaged to the guide member 2. Consequently, since the shaft 13 can be inserted into the outer cylinder 11 and an inner cylinder 12 without contacting an outer peripheral surface of the shaft 13 with an inner peripheral surface of the inner cylinder 12, damage on slide surfaces of the inner cylinder 12 and shaft 13 can be prevented, and also attachment/detachment of the shaft 13 to/from the outer cylinder 11 and inner cylinder 12 can be facilitated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】外周側部材と内周側部材それぞれの摺動面の損傷を防止するとともに、外周側部材に対する内周側部材の着脱作業を容易に行うことのできる作業機械用スイベルジョイント組付具を提供する。【解決手段】外筒１１に着脱自在に取り付けられ、外筒１１に取り付けられた状態で軸１３を挿抜する方向に延びる案内部材２と、軸１３に着脱自在に取り付けられ、案内部材２に係合した状態で案内部材２に沿って移動自在な係合部材４と、を備えている。これにより、内筒１２の内周面に軸１３の外周面を接触させることなく外筒１１及び内筒１２内に軸１３を挿入することができるので、内筒１２と軸１３それぞれの摺動面の損傷を防止することができるとともに、外筒１１及び内筒１２に対する軸１３の着脱作業を容易に行うことができる。【選択図】図７
