PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture in a well-controlled manner an object with pores having a submicron diameter to approximately several tens of nm diameter in which the pore penetrates the interior of a ceramic block.SOLUTION: With a method of manufacturing ceramic having a large number of pores, an intermediate or/and intermediate derivative for manufacturing porous ceramic in which combustion vaporization material is uniformly dispersed in a ceramic raw material is obtained by preparing the combustion vaporization material and the ceramic material and by previously kneading the combustion vaporization material with the ceramic raw material, and then the combustion vaporization material is subjected to combustion vaporization.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】サブミクロン径から数十ナノ径程度の細孔を有し、かつ、細孔がセラミックスブロックの内部を貫通する態様の物を制御性良く製造することを課題とする。【解決手段】燃焼気化素材及びセラミックス原料を準備し、燃焼気化素材をあらかじめセラミックス原材料と混錬し、セラミックス原料中に燃焼気化素材が均一に分散された多孔質セラミックスを製造するための中間体又は/及び中間体派生物を得たのち、燃焼気化素材を燃焼気化させ多数の孔を有するセラミックスを製造する。【選択図】図1
