PILE PRESS FITTING METHOD AND PILE GRIPPING CLAW ATTACHMENT UNIT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an efficiency of attaching an attachment which enables grasping of small gripped size piles.SOLUTION: A plurality of required attachments 110 are carried by hanging each gripping surface 111 inwardly and with each mounting surface 112 facing outward, are lowered and inserted into an insertion portion 2 of a chuck device 15 so that the mounting surface of the attachment faces a gripping surface 3a of a pile gripping claw 3 of the chuck device. Each of the attachments is mounted on the gripping surface of the required plurality of pile gripping claws, and the pile gripped by the gripping surface of the attachment is press-fitted into the ground. When hanging the plurality of attachments together, a hanging fulcrum of each attachment is set inside the center of gravity of the attachment so that each mounting surface is inclined inward toward the lower end so that the lower end of each mounting surface is inside the gripping surface of the pile gripping claws. The plurality of attachments are unitized by a connecting member 150, and a movable coupling structure in the direction of advancing and retracting the pile gripping claw and a fixed hanging fulcrum are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】小さい被把持寸法の杭を把持可能にするアタッチメントの装着作業を効率化する。【解決手段】所要の複数のアタッチメント110を、その各把持面111を内側に各装着面112を外側に配置して共吊りして運びチャック装置15の挿入部2に下降させて挿入することによりチャック装置の杭把持爪3の把持面3aに当該アタッチメントの装着面を対向させ、所要の複数の杭把持爪の把持面に当該アタッチメントをそれぞれ装着し、当該アタッチメントの把持面により把持した杭を地盤に圧入する。複数のアタッチメントを共吊りする時、各アタッチメントの吊り支点を当該アタッチメントの重心より内側にして各装着面が下端ほど内側に寄るように傾斜させ、これにより各装着面の下端が杭把持爪の把持面より内側に入るようにする。複数のアタッチメントは、連結部材150によりユニット化し、杭把持爪進退方向の可動連結構造と固定の吊り支点とを設けた。【選択図】図1
