FIRE-RESISTANT RESIN COMPOSITION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire-resistant resin composition excellent in flame retardancy and also excellent in surface finish and strength.SOLUTION: The fire-resistant resin composition contains: a matrix component which is a resin, an elastomer, a rubber, or a combination thereof; thermally expandable graphite; and an inorganic filler. The particle diameter ratio of the particle diameter of the thermally expandable graphite to the particle diameter of the inorganic filler is in the range of 1-1,000. The total content of the thermally expandable graphite and the inorganic filler is 30 wt.% or more. The content of the thermally expandable graphite is 5 wt.% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】難燃性に優れ、かつ、表面仕上がり、強度にも優れる耐火性樹脂組成物の提供。【解決手段】樹脂、エラストマー、ゴム、またはこれらの組み合わせであるマトリックス成分、熱膨張性黒鉛及び無機充填剤を含有する耐火性樹脂組成物において、熱膨張性黒鉛の粒径と無機充填材の粒径との粒径比が1〜1000の範囲にあり、かつ、熱膨張性黒鉛と無機充填材との合計含有量が30重量%以上であり、かつ、熱膨張性黒鉛の含有量が5重量%以上であることを特徴とする耐火性樹脂組成物。【選択図】なし
