PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump system capable of suppressing contamination of a pump setting site by drainage possibly remaining in the casing and the impeller of a pump.SOLUTION: A pump system 10 has a submerged pump 20, a sewage tank 12 and a drain pan 28. The sewage tank 12 includes a water outlet 16 and is capable of accumulating liquid. The submerged pump 20 is arranged outside the sewage tank 12, and a suction pipe 23 is connected to the water outlet 16 of the sewage tank 12. The drain pan 28 is arranged under the submerged pump 20. The drain pan 28 can receive liquid possibly flowing out of the submerged pump 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
