PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture permeability waterproof sheet for roofs which has not only moisture permeability and waterproofness but also superior nail hole cut-off property.SOLUTION: The moisture permeability waterproof sheet for roofs of the invention comprises a polyethylene foam layer(foam PE layer) which has porous penetration in the thickness direction. It is favorable to comprise additionally, for example, a moisture permeability film layer or a span bond layer of polyester(polyethylene terephthalate etc.) on at least one side of the foam PE layer. By using the moisture permeability waterproof sheet for roofs of the invention like this, not only ensuring the moisture permeability and waterproofness but also the high nail hole cut-off property is obtained, preventing the deterioration of the house structural skeleton by dew formation and water leakage. Further by the present invention, a moisture permeability waterproof sheet for roofs can be provided which is adaptable to the revised JIS standard not only in the moisture permeability and waterproofness but also in the point of nail hole cut-off property.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】透湿性や防水性等のみならず、釘穴止水性にも優れる屋根用透湿防水シートを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の屋根用透湿防水シートは、厚さ方向に貫通した多孔を有する発泡ポリエチレン層（発泡ＰＥ層）を備えることを特徴とする。発泡ＰＥ層の少なくとも片面側には、例えば、透湿フィルム層やポリエステル（ポリエチレンテレフタレート等）のスパンボンド層をさらに設けると好ましい。このような本発明の屋根用透湿防水シートを用いると、透湿性や防水性等の確保のみならず高い釘穴止水性も得られ、家屋の構造躯体が結露や漏水によって腐朽することを防止できる。さらに本発明によれば、透湿性や防水性等のみならず釘穴止水性の点でも改訂されたＪＩＳ規定に適合し得る屋根用透湿防水シートを提供できる。【選択図】なし
