PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement structure and a reinforcement method which can reinforce from inside of the support post easily.SOLUTION: The reinforcement structure 1 comprises, a reinforcement body 2, and a fixing portion 3. The reinforcement body 2 contains fiber reinforcement resin to be arranged inside of the support post 101. The fixing portion 3 fixes the position of the reinforcement body 2 inside of the support post 101. The reinforcement body 2 comprises a main body 20, and plural projected rim parts 21. The main part 20 is arranged to face to the inner face 101c over the whole circumference in the circumferential direction B of the support post 101. The plural projected rim parts 21 are projected toward the inner surface 101c of a support post 101 from the main body 20, and are formed along with the longitudinal direction C of the support post 101.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
