PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin layer forming apparatus capable of stably mixing two types of liquids blown out from a nozzle until reaching a target area so as to provide a resin layer inside a tube.SOLUTION: A resin layer forming apparatus 10 forming a resin layer inside a pipe P has: a bowl-like liquid receiving member 14 whose inner space expands from a bottom portion 11 toward an opening 12; a nozzle 15 for simultaneously blowing first and second liquids L1 and L2 which are mixed and cured inside the bottom portion 11 of the liquid receiving member 14 located inside the pipe P; and rotating means 16 for scattering a mixed liquid M of the first and second liquids L1 and L2 from an opening 12 to out of the liquid receiving member 14 by rotating the liquid receiving member 14 and directing the first and second liquids L1 and L2 from the bottom portion 11 to the opening 12 while mixing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ノズルから吹き出た２種類の液体が、対象領域に到達するまでに安定的に混合させて管の内側に樹脂層を設けることができる樹脂層形成装置を提供する。【解決手段】管Ｐの内側に樹脂層を設ける樹脂層形成装置１０において、底部１１から開口１２に向かって内側空間が拡大する椀状の液受け部材１４と、管Ｐ内に配された液受け部材１４の底部１１内側に、混合されて硬化する第１、第２の液体Ｌ１、Ｌ２を同時に吹き付けるノズル１５と、液受け部材１４を回転させて、第１、第２の液体Ｌ１、Ｌ２を混合させながら底部１１から開口１２に向かわせ、第１、第２の液体Ｌ１、Ｌ２の混合液Ｍを開口１２から液受け部材１４外に飛散させる回転手段１６とを備える。【選択図】図１
