PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight panel for building capable of achieving appropriate strength improvement even when fibers are used for enhancing mechanical strength.SOLUTION: The lightweight panel for building contains fibers with an average fiber length of 0.15 mm to 1.0 mm, with a volume content of fibers to the whole lightweight panel of 3 to 10%. In the lightweight panel, since the length of the fibers included inside is short, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of pilling and to improve the mechanical strength. In addition, since the fiber length is short and entanglement of fibers is suppressed, the strength of the panel can be further increased by increasing the amount of fibers added.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】機械的強度を高めるために繊維を用いた場合でも、適切な強度向上を図ることが可能な建築用軽量パネルを提供する。【解決手段】建築用軽量パネルは、繊維長さの平均値が0.15mm〜1.0mmである繊維を含有し、軽量パネル全体に対する繊維の体積含有率が3〜10%である。当該軽量パネルでは、内部に含まれる繊維の長さが短いため、ピリングの発生を抑制して、機械的強度を向上させることが可能となる。また、繊維の長さが短く、繊維が絡み合うことが抑制されているため、繊維の添加量を増加してパネルの強度をより高めることができる。【選択図】図1
