PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize a changeover water stop valve, with a flow rate secured.SOLUTION: An outside stationary cylinder 20 has, as opening parts, a first opening part 21A overlapped with a flow passage hole 31 in a case where an inside rotational cylinder 30 is at a water discharge position where shower water is discharged, and a second opening part 21B overlapped with the flow passage hole 31 in a case where the inside rotational cylinder 30 is at a water discharge position where faucet water is discharged, wherein the first opening part 21A and the second opening part 21B are provided on the same circumference, and between the first opening part 21A and the second opening part 21B, provided is a wall part 21C configured to close the flow passage 31 in a case where the inside rotational cylinder 30 is at a water stop position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
