PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a discontinuous surface of the surface of a structure.SOLUTION: The inspection device, which is for inspecting the surface of a structure, includes: a heating unit for locally heating a first region of the surface of a structure, the surface being divided in the first region and a second region by a discontinuous surface candidate; an acquisition unit for acquiring the temperature of the second region; and a detection unit for detecting a discontinuous surface appearing on the surface of the structure, based on the temperature acquired by the acquisition unit.
