BUILDING HAVING EARTHQUAKE DAMAGE EVALUATION FUNCTION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building with an earthquake damage evaluation function capable of evaluating an intensity after an earthquake or presenting a repair part.SOLUTION: A building with an earthquake damage evaluation function includes: a seismometer 2 for measuring the earthquake motion loaded on an evaluation target building unit 1 at the time of an earthquake; an analysis unit 3 which simulates a behavior due to earthquake motion by applying an output from the seismometer 2 to an analysis model obtained by modeling a component member as a stress load element in an earthquake and extracts a model component whose strength is deteriorated by plasticization; and a display unit 4 for displaying the model component having the deteriorated strength.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
