EPOXY RESIN COMPOSITION AND CURED ARTICLE THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin composition as a crack propagation inhibition resin composition capable of a repair reinforcement method which is simple and less in workload during process, for propagation inhibition of cracks generated in a steel material of a deteriorated steel building structure.MEANS: There is provided a filler-containing epoxy resin composition including (A) a bisphenol A type and/or bisphenol F type liquid epoxy resin as an epoxy resin, (B) an amine-based curing agent, and (C) a reinforcement filler, in which the (C) reinforcement filler contains 2 kinds of (C-1) non-spherical filler and (C-2) a reinforced fiber filler, the (C) reinforcement filler is contained 25 to 60 mass% in the epoxy resin composition, and a steel structure is reinforced by applying the epoxy resin composition to a crack locations of the steel structure and curing the same.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】本発明の課題は、老朽化した鋼建築構造物等の鋼材に発生した亀裂の進展抑制に対して、簡便で、施工時の作業負担の少ない修復補強工法を可能とする亀裂進展抑制樹脂組成物としてのエポキシ樹脂組成物を提供することである。【手段】本発明では、フィラーを含有するエポキシ樹脂組成物であって、(A)エポキシ樹脂としてビスフェノールA型および/またはビスフェノールF型液状エポキシ樹脂、(B)アミン系硬化剤、及び(C)強化充填剤を含み、前記(C)強化充填剤が、(C−1)非球状粒子フィラーと(C−2)強化繊維フィラーの2種を含み、且つ、前記(C)強化充填剤が前記エポキシ樹脂組成物中25〜60質量%含有され、鋼構造物の亀裂箇所に塗布され硬化することで前記鋼構造物を補修することを特徴とする前記エポキシ樹脂組成物を用いる。【選択図】なし
