BEARING JOINING STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION METHOD, BEARING BOLT, AND BEARING JOINING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing joining structure construction method, bearing bolt, and bearing joining structure capable of suppressing noise generation.SOLUTION: A bearing joining structure construction method includes: an insertion process in which a first member and a second member are arranged overlapping such that the respective insertion holes are aligned, a support part installed on a head part side of a shaft part having both the head part and the shaft part is set to make contact with an inner peripheral surface of the insertion holes on the first member and the second member to provide support, and an end part of a bearing joining member, wherein the end part on a leading end side of the support part on the shafts has a diameter smaller than the insertion holes of the first member and the second member, is inserted into the insertion holes from a second surface side of the first member which is an opposing side to a first surface side on which the second member overlaps; a drawing process in which the shaft end part is drawn out from the first surface side and the head part makes contact with the second surface in a state wherein the head side support member of the shaft is set to make contact with the inner peripheral surface of the insertion holes on the first member and the second member; and a fastening process in which the first member and second member are fastened between the shaft end part and the head part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】騒音の発生を抑制することが可能な支圧接合構造の施工方法、支圧ボルト及び支圧接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】支圧接合構造の施工方法は、第1部材と第2部材とをそれぞれの挿通孔同士を一致させた状態で重ねて配置し、ヘッド部及び軸部を有し軸部のうちヘッド部側に設けられる支持部が第1部材及び第2部材の挿通孔の内周面に接触して支持可能であり軸部のうち支持部よりも先端側の先端部が第1部材及び第2部材の挿通孔よりも小さい径を有する支圧接合部材の先端部を、第1部材のうち第2部材が重なる第1面とは反対側の第2面側から挿通孔に挿入する挿入工程と、軸部の先端部を第1面側から引き抜いて、軸部のうちヘッド部側の支持部を第1部材及び第2部材の挿通孔の内周面に接触させた状態でヘッド部を第2面に当接させる引き抜き工程と、軸部の先端部とヘッド部との間で第1部材と第2部材とを締結する締結工程とを含む。【選択図】図1
