PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain its superior workability even at the construction part where conventionally it was difficult to achieve its original superior workability of the ALC panel, by eliminating the process to preliminarily fix the anchor hardware with the fixing bolts etc., and thereby avoiding deterioration of the workability due to a part of the fixing bolt protruding from the front face of the ALC panel.SOLUTION: The anchor hardware 1 for lightweight cellular concrete panel comprises a combination of an anchor hardware main body 11 having a pipe portion 111 and a flat portion 112 and an anchor cap 12 which is a ring-shaped elastic member. The flat portion 112 of the anchor hardware main body 11 is a flat shape, having a pair of opposed planar portions which are parallel to the width direction of the cross section, whose width in the cross section perpendicular to the axial direction is the same as the diameter of the tube portion 111, and the thickness of the cross section is smaller than the diameter of the tube portion 111. The shape of the opening of the anchor cap 12 is similar to a cross section perpendicular to the axial direction of the flat portion 112 of the anchor hardware main body 11 with the similarity ratio of less than 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】アンカー金物を固定用ボルト等によって予め固定する工程を不要とし、これにより、固定用ボルトの一部がＡＬＣパネルの腹面から突出していることによる施工性の低下を回避して、従来、ＡＬＣパネル本来の優れた施工性が発揮困難であった施工箇所においてもその優れた施工性を維持すること。【解決手段】管部１１１と、扁平部１１２と、を有するアンカー金物本体１１と、リング状の弾性部材であるアンカーキャップ１２と、の組合せからなり、アンカー金物本体１１の扁平部１１２は、軸方向に垂直な断面の幅が管部１１１の直径と同一であり、断面の厚さが管部１１１の直径よりも小さく、断面の幅方向に平行な一対の対向する平面部を有する扁平形状であって、アンカーキャップ１２の開口の形状が、アンカー金物本体１１の扁平部１１２の軸方向に垂直な断面と相似形状であって相似比が１未満である、軽量気泡コンクリートパネル用のアンカー金物１とする。【選択図】図１
