PENETRATION PART FIREPROOF MEMBER AND FIREPROOF CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a penetration part fireproof member capable of ensuring fire resistance of a through hole without requiring a putty or mortar filling operation and preventing falling off from the through hole even if the position of an elongated member is adjusted.SOLUTION: A penetration part fireproof member 1 is inserted into a through hole 3 provided in a plate-shaped penetrated member 2. The penetration part fireproof member 1 includes a substantially tubular main body portion 4 having elasticity, a thermal expansion member 5 annularly provided on the inner peripheral surface of the main body portion 4, a flexible foam member 6 which is provided inside the main body portion 4 and the thermal expansion member 5 and is capable of holding an elongated member 10 wired or piped at least in the through hole 3, an adhesive layer 7 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the main body portion 4, and a split portion 8 formed in a part of the main body portion 4, the thermal expansion member 5, the foam member 6, and the adhesive layer 7 in the circumferential direction and cut along the axial direction of the main body portion 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 パテ又はモルタル充填作業を必要とせずに貫通孔の耐火性能を確保することができる貫通部耐火部材であって、長尺体の位置を調整した場合であっても貫通孔から脱落することを防止することができる貫通部耐火部材を提供する。【解決手段】貫通部耐火部材1は、板状の被貫通部材2に設けられる貫通孔3に挿入される貫通部耐火部材1であって、弾性を有する略筒状の本体部4と、前記本体部4の内周面に環状に設けられる熱膨張部材5と、前記本体部4及び前記熱膨張部材5の内側に設けられ、少なくとも前記貫通孔3に配線又は配管される長尺体10を保持可能な柔軟性を有する発泡体6と、前記本体部4の外周面に設けられる接着層7と、前記本体部4、前記熱膨張部材5、前記発泡体6、及び前記接着層7のそれぞれ周方向の一部に形成され、前記本体部4の軸方向に沿って切断された割り部8と、を備える。【選択図】図1
