PUMP CONTROL DEVICE AND PUMP OPERATING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump control device and a pump operating method capable of effectively restricting a power consumption by controlling a starting and a stopping of a pump for operation under an effective utilization of capacity of pump facility.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a pump control device that is installed at a water storage facility comprising a water storage tank, a water level meter for measuring a water level at said water storage tank and a pump for adjusting the water level in said water storage tank. When the water level in the water storage tank measured by said water level meter becomes a starting water level, said pump is started and then when it becomes a stopping water level, said pump is stopped. As said water stopping level, the first water stopping level and the second water stopping level that is set to said starting water level side in reference to said first stopping water level on the basis of a consumption power per unit water feeding amount of said pump can be set and any one of said first stopping water level and said second stopping water level is set to said stopping water level with either a feeding-in water amount or a feeding-out water amount per a specified time for said water storage tank being applied as an index.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】ポンプ設備の容量を有効に利用して、ポンプの起動、停止を制御して運転することにより消費電力量を効果的に抑制することが可能なポンプ制御装置及びポンプ運転方法を提供する。【解決手段】貯水槽と、前記貯水槽の水位を計測する水位計と、前記貯水槽の水位を調整するポンプと、を備えた貯水設備に設けられ、前記水位計で計測された貯水槽の水位が起動水位になると前記ポンプを起動し、その後停止水位になると前記ポンプを停止するポンプ制御装置であって、前記停止水位として、第1停止水位と、前記ポンプの単位送水量当たりの消費電力量に基づいて前記第1停止水位を基準にして前記起動水位側に設定された第2停止水位が設定可能に構成され、前記貯水槽に対する所定時間当たりの流入水量または流出水量を指標にして、前記第1停止水位と前記第2停止水位の何れか一方を前記停止水位に設定するように構成されている。【選択図】図3
