PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility equipment including a facility member which is disposed at the outside wall side and is easily installable on to a building, and which is driven with the electric power from the inner wall side.SOLUTION: The facility equipment includes: a supply coil 4 disposed on an inner wall 21 of a building 2; a receiving coil 7 which is disposed on an outer wall 22 of the building for receiving the electric power from the supply coil 4 by means of magnetic field resonance; a facility member 6 disposed at the outer wall 22 side; and a facility drive part 51 which is disposed at the outer wall 22 side for driving the facility member 6 depending on the electric power received by the receiving coil 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
