METHOD OF DISPOSING TENSION MEMBERS AND TENSION MEMBER DISPOSING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tension member disposing device and a method of disposing tension members capable of efficiently disposing tension members in a sheath embedded in a concrete structure with a simple facility.SOLUTION: A tension member insertion guide device in which the tip of the tension member is fixed and a traction device for applying a traction force to the tension members are respectively provided in the vicinity of the tension member pulling-in port and in the vicinity of the tension member extracting-out port of the sheath embedded in the concrete structure, one end of a pulling wire passed through the sheath in advance is connected to the distal end portion of the tension member, and releasing the fixity of the tension member in the tension member insertion guide device, and transforming the extending direction of the tension member via the tension member insertion guide device, the tension member is drawn into the tension member pulling-in port by the pulling force of the traction device via the traction wire and placed in the sheath.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】簡略な設備で効率よく緊張材をコンクリート構造物に埋設されたシースに配設することの可能な、緊張材の配設装置および緊張材の配設方法を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート構造物に埋設されたシースの緊張材引込口の近傍および緊張材引出口の近傍の各々に、緊張材の先端部を固定した緊張材挿入ガイド装置および緊張材に牽引力を作用させる牽引装置を配置し、緊張材の先端部に、シース内をあらかじめ貫通させた牽引ワイヤーの一端を接続させるとともに、緊張材挿入ガイド装置における緊張材の固定を解除し、緊張材の延在方向を、緊張材挿入ガイド装置を介して転換しつつ、牽引ワイヤーを介して牽引装置の牽引力により、緊張材を緊張材引込口に引き込み、シースに配設する。【選択図】図1
