PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically conductive oxide sintered body and a ceramic element having electric conductivity which is not difficult to be degraded even at high temperature.SOLUTION: The electrically conductive oxide sintered body contains a component having a composition formula represented by: LaZrCeGdYO, wherein a, b, c, d, e, and x satisfy a+b+c+d+e=1, 1.5≤x≤2.0, 0.200≤a≤0.600, 0.200≤b≤0.600, and 00 and e>0. The ceramic element has an electrode, wherein at least a part of the electrode is made of the electrically conductive oxide sintered body.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】高温下においても導電性が低下しにくい導電性酸化物焼結体及びセラミック素子を提供すること。【解決手段】組成式:LaaZrbCecGddYeOxで表される成分を含み、前記a、b、c、d、e、xが、a+b+c+d+e=1、1.5≦x≦2.0、0.200≦a≦0.600、0.200≦b≦0.600、及び、0<c+d+e≦0.400、を満たす導電性酸化物焼結体。前記d、eが、d>0、及び、e>0をさらに満たすことが好ましい。電極を備えるセラミック素子であって、前記電極の少なくとも一部は、前記の導電性酸化物焼結体から成るセラミック素子。【選択図】なし
