MONITORING CONTROLLER OF SEWERAGE FACILITY AND OPERATION CONTROL METHOD OF SEWAGE PUMP STATION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring controller of a sewerage facility expandable to a wider control range in cooperation with not only a sewage pump station but also other related facilities, and an operation control method of the sewage pump station.SOLUTION: A monitoring controller 1 of a sewerage facility having multiple sewage pump stations 2a, 2b, 2n connected to a sewer 4a and sending sewage flowing from the sewer 4a to a sewage treating plant 3 and/or a discharge destination 7, comprises at least a risk calculation part 13 calculating a pollution load risk index on the basis of the pollution load from one sewage pump station 2a being a control target and the sewage treating plant 3 cooperating with the one sewage pump station 2a to the discharge destination, and a pump discharge amount calculation part 14 calculating the discharge amount of the pump installed in the one sewage pump station 2a with the minimum pollution load risk index, and controls the one sewage pump station 2a based on the pump discharge amount calculated by the pump discharge amount calculation part 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】下水ポンプ場のみならず、当該下水ポンプ場以外の関連施設とも連携して、より広範な制御範囲に拡張可能な下水道設備の監視制御装置及び下水ポンプ場の運転制御方法を提供する。【解決手段】下水管渠4aに接続され、下水管渠4aから流入する下水を下水処理場3及び/又は放流先7へ送水する複数の下水ポンプ場2a,2b,2nを有する下水道設備の監視制御装置1は、少なくとも、制御対象となる一の下水ポンプ場2a及び一の下水ポンプ場2aと連携する下水処理場3から放流先への汚濁負荷に基づく濁負荷リスク指標を算出するリスク算出部13と、汚濁負荷リスク指標が最小となる一の下水ポンプ場2aに設置されるポンプの吐出量を求めるポンプ吐出量算出部14と、を有し、ポンプ吐出量算出部14により求められたポンプの吐出量に基づき一の下水ポンプ場2aを制御する。【選択図】 図1
