GROUND IMPROVEMENT AGITATION APPARATUS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit displacement of a construction position of each columnar improvement body configuring an underground continuous wall from a design position, in a ground improvement agitation apparatus which forms a columnar improvement body by agitating and mixing excavated soil and solidification materials.SOLUTION: A ground improvement agitation apparatus 1 forming each columnar improvement body 20 in an underground continuous wall 30, comprises a rotary axis 2, an excavation blade 3 provided on the tip of the rotary axis 2, and an agitation blade 4 provided above the excavation blade 3 in the rotary axis 2. The agitation blade 4 has an inner agitation vane 5 extending outside from the rotary axis 2 in a radial direction, and an outer agitation vane 6 which is formed in a shape in which agitation resistance is larger than that of the inner agitation vane 5, and which further extends outside from a tip 5a of the inner agitation vane 5 in the radial direction. A distance L1 between a tip 6a of the outer agitation vane 6 and a shaft center SC of the rotary axis 2 is set equally to a design radius R of the columnar improvement body 20, and a length L2 of the outer agitation vane 6 is set equally to a design overlap length Lw of the columnar improvement body 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】掘削土と固化材とを撹拌混合して円柱状改良体を形成する地盤改良攪拌装置において、地中連続壁を構成する各円柱状改良体の施工位置が設計位置からずれるのを抑制する。【解決手段】地中連続壁30における各円柱状改良体20を形成する地盤改良攪拌装置1である。回転軸2と、回転軸2の先端部に設けられた掘削翼3と、回転軸2における掘削翼3よりも上方に設けられた攪拌翼4と、を備えている。攪拌翼4は、回転軸2から径方向外側に延びる内側撹拌翼部5と、内側撹拌翼部5よりも撹拌抵抗が大きくなるような形状に形成され、内側撹拌翼部5の先端5aから更に径方向外側に延びる外側撹拌翼部6と、を有している。外側撹拌翼部6の先端6aと回転軸2の軸心SCとの距離L1が、円柱状改良体20の設計半径Rと等しく設定されているとともに、外側撹拌翼部6の長さL2が、円柱状改良体20の設計オーバーラップ長Lwと等しく設定されている。【選択図】図6
