PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balcony structure of a building which can safely and surely deliver a cargo directly to each dwelling unit when home delivery using a drone is performed.SOLUTION: Projection floor parts 10a and 10b projecting outward than an outside reference surface 3B of a balcony 3 are provided on a boundary portion of a balcony 3 of adjacent dwelling units 2a and 2b, and a drone port 10 formed of the projection floor parts 10a and 10b and parts 10b and 10b of the balcony 3 is provided. A handrail 12 partitioning a boundary between the drone port 10 and the balcony 3 portion excluding the drone port 10 is provided, and a door 12a which enables a person to enter and exist to/from the drone port 10 from the balcony 3 portion excluding the drone port 10 is provided on the handrail 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ドローンを使った宅配を行うにあたり、各住戸へ荷物を直接、安全かつ確実に届けることができる、建物のバルコニー構造を提供する。【解決手段】隣り合う住戸２ａ，２ｂのバルコニー３の境界部分に、該バルコニー３の外側基準面３Ｂよりも外方に張り出す突出床部１０ａ，１０ａを備え、該突出床部１０ａ，１０ａとバルコニ３ーの一部１０ｂ，１０ｂとで形成されるドローンポート１０を設ける。ドローンポート１０とドローンポート１０を除くバルコニー３部分との境界を仕切る手摺１２を備え、該手摺１２には、ドローンポート１０を除くバルコニー３部分からドローンポート１０へ入退出することができる扉１２ａを設ける。【選択図】図１
